Welcome to Promptio. By accessing or using our productivity application, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before using the service.

Promptio is a productivity application designed to help you manage tasks, build momentum, and track your progress through organized groups, time-based work sessions, and visual analytics. The service is provided to you by an independent developer who is committed to helping you overcome procrastination and achieve your goals.

To use Promptio, you must create an account by providing your name and email address. You may also sign up using your Google account, which will automatically populate your profile information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. If you believe your account has been compromised, please notify us immediately at support@promptio.app.

You must be at least 13 years old to use Promptio. If you are between 13 and 18 years old, you must have permission from a parent or guardian to use the service. By creating an account, you represent that you meet these age requirements.

Promptio offers three subscription plans: Monthly ($5/month), Yearly ($50/year), and Lifetime ($100 one-time payment). Monthly and yearly subscriptions automatically renew unless you cancel them before the renewal date. The Yearly plan includes 600 AI credits annually, while the Monthly plan includes 50 AI credits per month. The Lifetime plan includes 100 starting AI credits, with additional credits available for purchase as needed.

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for all new subscriptions. If you're not satisfied with Promptio within the first 14 days of purchase, you can request a full refund by contacting us at support@promptio.app. After the 14-day period, no refunds will be provided for unused time or subscription periods.

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to Promptio until the end of your current billing period. After that, your account will be downgraded and certain features may become unavailable. Your data will be retained for 30 days after cancellation to allow for account recovery, after which it will be permanently deleted.

AI credits are used for advanced analytics and insights features within Promptio. These credits allow you to generate AI-powered recommendations and analysis of your productivity patterns. Unused AI credits for monthly and yearly plans do not roll over to the next billing period. Lifetime plan users can purchase additional AI credits as needed, and these purchased credits do not expire.

You retain full ownership of all content you create in Promptio, including your tasks, groups, notes, and any other data you input into the service. By using Promptio, you grant us permission to store and process your data solely for the purpose of providing the service to you. We will never sell your data to third parties or use it for purposes other than operating and improving Promptio.

You agree to use Promptio only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. You must not use the service to engage in any illegal activities, transmit harmful code or viruses, attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, or interfere with other users' access to the service. You also agree not to create multiple accounts, share your account credentials with others, or attempt to circumvent any limitations or restrictions we place on the service.

The Promptio application, including all its features, design, code, and content, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works based on any part of Promptio without our explicit written permission. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Promptio for your personal productivity purposes only.

We strive to keep Promptio running smoothly, but we cannot guarantee that the service will always be available or error-free. Technical issues, maintenance, updates, or factors beyond our control may occasionally cause interruptions. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of Promptio at any time, with or without notice.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. We do not warrant that Promptio will meet your specific requirements, that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any errors will be corrected. You use Promptio at your own risk.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Promptio, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or productivity. Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these terms or your use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms and Conditions, engage in fraudulent activity, or use the service in a manner that could harm other users or the integrity of Promptio. In cases of serious violations, we may terminate your account immediately without prior notice or refund.

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through a prominent notice in the application. Your continued use of Promptio after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you should stop using the service and cancel your account.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international laws. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of Promptio will be resolved through good faith negotiation first. If negotiation fails, disputes may be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of appropriate jurisdiction, depending on your location and applicable law.

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
